on our website.
8.2 Reviewers are or may be independent from us; accordingly, reviews published on our website do not necessarily reflect our views and opinions.

misleading and/or inaccurate.
8.4 You should not
rely solely upon reviews published on our website to make decisions or
determine courses of action, and you should conduct your own research before
making a decision or embarking upon a course of action.

any reliance you may place on any review published on the website.

been waived to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
10.7 You acknowledge that the user reviews published on our website are submitted by users, and that we do not usually review, approve or edit such reviews; accordingly, we do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the user reviews.

15.8 You accept that we have an interest in limiting the personal liability of our officers and
employees and, having regard to that interest, you acknowledge that we are a
limited liability entity; you agree that you, or your school, will not bring
any claim personally, or as a company or institution, against our officers or
employees in respect of any losses you suffer in connection with the website or
these terms and conditions (this will not, of course, limit or exclude the liability
of the limited liability entity itself for the acts and omissions of our
officers and employees).
